There have been a couple of pieces of good news with regards to the Worcestershire economy in the last couple of weeks. Firstly, the county was identified as the 3rd fastest growing economy in the UK behind London and Oxford http://www.worcesternews.co.uk/news/11823909.Boom__Figures_reveal_Worcestershire_s_economic_growth_is_the_third_highest_in_England/
and secondly, the Sunday Times (8.3.15) identified Worcester as one of the 50 top urban places to live in the UK. Couple these findings with the advent of new developments at the Cathedral roundabout and the imminent arrival of Waitrose and John Lewis and the future certainly looks a lot brighter than it has done for a while for the 'Faithful City'!
