Nearly there!

Returning to school today after a lengthy Easter break, one should not need to be reminded that time is indeed a scarce resource and we must prioritise our consumption of it in order to maximise the benefits. The L6th have just 12 days of teaching left before they go on examination leave and the U6th have just 22 days before they finish their time at King's. Clearly staff in the department will be doing all they can to facilitate the successful conclusion to the AS and A2 courses but this is where 'Independent Learning' really comes into its own. A good place to start is with the 'traffic light' exercise where one colour codes the specification in terms of green=good understanding, orange=moderate understanding and red=a real concern. This should hopefully yield a definitive list from which we can select the priority items that need to be addressed as part of any revision programme.
